He Just Doesn't Get It...

Alright, so this one's gonna be a quickie. So, the question in anticipation to the big election next year on everyone's mind is what has our President done...did Change really come to America. And I say it has. But not the change that all of you are thinking about, but a change that can really cripple a Party, an Institution, a System and, hell, even an entire State.

What the President is doing is straight up outrageous. After passing Universal Healthcare - later righteously labelled Obamacare - he began an aggressive campaign in offering the Republicans whatever they wanted, with no questions asked. It was his so-called Bipartisan effort. In my mind all that really was, was just a disturbance in  one of the most fundamental instruments of Democratic Institutions: bickering.

The man wanted peace of mind...well, then, he shouldn't have ever ran for President. The point of a democracy is for the people to debate and talk amongst themselves to find the best way to govern themselves. And what has Mr. Barack Obama done? He has given the Republicans a free pass to pass whatever kind of bill they want. Hell, he even let them take Medicare and Social Security (not all of it, but PARTS of it, like that's any better) and even his very own Universal Healthcare. "Those who stand for nothing, fall for everything," huh?

And lately, people have been asking me: hey, do you think Obama is going to win next year? And my answer used to be an obvious "Uh, yeah!" But, now I've realized something: I've had a premonition. It doesn't matter who wins. Whether its Obama or his Republican opposition, at the end of the day, Republics will run this country and those of us with some sort of compassion will not have a voice...so, yes, my fellow Americans...change HAS come to America. A change even the most Liberal American should frown upon. A change that should have never happened. A change that this "Nobel Peace Prize Laureate" sent troops to stop. A change that is, quite honestly, undemocratic.
When President Obama last spoke to the nation, he said he was ready to make Republicans an offer they couldn’t refuse. In exchange for trillions of dollars in cuts, including to Medicare and Social Security, Republicans would have to agree to a fraction of that in increased tax revenues.
“Even a deal that is not as balanced as I think it should be is better than no deal at all,” Obama said on Friday.
